She is survived by her son, Roger of Clifton, W.Va. Ambassador Mortuary Service SPENCER, Frank beloved father, died June 2, 2006, at his home in Tampa, with his children by his side. He was born on Vinalhaven Island, Maine, and grew up in Brewer, Maine. He graduated from John Bapst High School in Bangor and the Boston School of Accounting. He was a World War II U.S.

Navy veteran, stationed on the Solomon Islands during the war. He joined the F.B.I., in 1950, as a special agent a and was assigned to Detroit, Mich. In 1963, his reassignment led him to Tampa. That year he was detached to Birmingham, to help in the investigation of the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing that killed four girls. In 2001, after the passage of 37 years, he testified in a federal trial that led to the conviction of one of the bombers.

At the age of 82, he was the oldest retired special agent of the FBI to testify in a criminal prosecution. Upon his retirement from the FBI in 1977, he opened the Tampa office of the State of Florida Insurance Fraud Division as the special investigator supervisor retiring in 1987. He was a parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church for 43 years and a member of the Society of Former Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A loving husband, father and grandfather, he was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Genevieve Joan (Fasola) Spencer and son, John A. Spencer.

He is survived by a son, Frank Spencer-Molloy and his wife, Katherine; two daughters, Mary de la Torre and her husband, Ernest and Joan Spencer and her husband, Mark Clesi; daughterin-law, Sharon Spencer and sister, Regina M. Keating. He leaves five grandchildren, Anthony and Catherine de la Torre, Kristen and Karlie Spencer and Robert SpencerMolloy. The family wishes to thank Dr. Norman Castellano, Dr.

She graduated from Logan High School in Logan, W.Va., in 1958. She was the wife of Herman Lee Mathews, a wonderful husband, friend and father. She had four children, two daughters, Denise Mathews and Melissa Ann Mathews Lamb, and two sons, David Lee Mathews and Dustin Jenkins Mathews; five grandchildren and one greatgrandchild that is expected in October; four sisters, Izetta Broughton, Vivian Summerall, Maltie Sharp (now deceased), and Regina Kelly; two brothers, Henry, Clay and James Clay; and sister in- law Yvonne Clay. Her final words to her family that is left behind is to live right in the sight of God, if you aren't right with God, then today would be a good time to be saved. She is at peace with her God.

She was a loving wife, friend, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother-to-be, sister, sister in Christ and neighbor. She was loved and admired by her family and friends. We will miss her, but we look forward to meeting her in heaven. Viewing is to take place 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2006.

Funeral services are to take place at 2 p.m. Friday, June 9, 2006, with the Rev. Dale Carver officiating. Both services are to take place at Riverhills Church of God, 6310 E. Sligh Tampa, FL 33619.

A native of Crittenden County, he was the second son of 1 the late Leamon Van Buren and Gladys Anna (Travis) Dempsey. He distinguished himself as a 14- year-old graduate of Sturgis High School, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, N.Y., and other military and professional courses. His longterm service to the United States was through the Civilian Conservation Corps, the U.S.

Merchant Marines (World War Il), the Korean conflict and Vietnam era (commander, U.S. Navy). He retired as commandant of U.S. Navy Reserve Training Center, Tampa. Mr.

Dempsey resided in Panama City from 1996 until his death. He is survived by his devoted children through his marriage to L. Lorena Ward Dempsey (who passed away in 1992), Donna, Perry, Daniel, Kim and Lori, and their spouses, Martin Ritter, Steven Jackey and Kevin Wilson; his grandchildren, Ian Musselman and spouse, Meghan, Ashley Dempsey, Kristina and Kyle Jackey, and Kelsey Wilson; his sisters through marriage to his late brothers, Jack, Jeffrey, William and Tony; his many adored nieces and nephews; and special friend, Imogene Sue. He was preceded in death by his sister, Anna Jeanne; and stepgrandson, Nathan Wilson. He led many by his example of responsibility, integrity, humor and love of life.

He demonstrated courage, strength, bravery and endurance through his incredible year and a half of illness. Through the grace of God, he lived and died in his own way, a breed apart. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Millard Newman of Tampa, and her brother, Paul Jacobs of Cleveland.

She is survived by her sons, Thomas Newman and his wife, Nancy and William Newman and his wife, Susan; her daughter, Ginny Haelsig and her husband, Ken all of Tampa. She is also survived by her grandsons, Stewart Newman and his wife, Paula of Coral Gables, Kenny Haelsig and Dan Haelsig, both of Tampa; her granddaughter, Elizabeth Newman of Fort Lauderdale; and two stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Austin of Tampa. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Ray Warner of Cleveland, Ohio and many nieces and nephews. Lillian was born in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Flora Stone Mather, a division of Case Western Reserve University, in 1942. She was married in 1943 and taught high school English while her husband was serving in the U.S.

Army Air Corps. In 1954, she moved to Tampa when the J.C. Newman Cigar Company relocated here. Lillian's first joy was her children and grandchildren. After they were grown, she taught piano and felt her students were her second families.

In 1963, while attending Berkley Preparatory School in Tampa, she formed Berkley's first school band. Lillian was also instrumental in organizing the Florida Gulf Coast Symphony in 1968, serving as its president in 1968-1969. She went on to serve on the national board of the Association of Symphony Orchestras. In 1975, she was named the Woman of the Year. Lillian was a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek.

She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1930, majoring in Latin and taught school in Savannah until her marriage to the late Cecil Pierce "Cy" Todd in 1936. After moving to Florida, in 1951 with her family, she returned to teaching, retiring after 28 years in Orange and Hillsborough counties.

After retirement, Irma traveled the world extensively. She also substituted as a Latin teacher and was a volunteer teacher at the Tampa Oral School for the Deaf. She sang in the choir at St. Mary's Episcopal Church for 30 years and then became a member of the choir at Hyde Park Presbyterian Church. She continued to tutor in Latin until she moved to Santa Monica, in 1999.

Memorial Services will be scheduled in Tampa and Savannah, Ga. at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in memory of her, to Hyde Park Presbyterian Church in Tampa. WATSON, Rollie Addison 64 of Plant City, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2006. Mr.
