Help me give my students the ability to comfortably focus! Intensive classroom students often spend their entire day in the same classroom. The added cushion will help them work at their seats or in groups on the floor!

My Project

My incoming SPED Intensive 8th graders are in for a big transition as they enter a classroom remade for them and their learning! We'll tackle the general education curriculum with hands-on-learning projects, engaging activities, and with a daily reminder that they can meet challenging expectations.

I aim to give my new students significant ownership over their classroom and flexible seating to promote greater involvement in its community.

These cushions can double as added comfort at their desk chairs and a way for students to group up on the floor. They add significant comfort for students to the learning environment and aid in them feeling like it is theirs and more of a place they want to be.
