This position is responsible for Administrative Support, provide personnel Management, Services and Equipment Management for Agricultural Education, Communications & Leadership. Major job duties include 1)Assist department head in the analysis and control of fiscal activity for the department; 2)Assist department head as primary liaison in all matters related to department employees; 3)Assist department head with the preparation of classroom scheduling and textbook orders; 4)Provide administrative support for all academic, experiment station and extension service projects of the department head, faculty and staff; 5)Provide access to services, equipment and information in support of all programs in the department.There are lots of great reasons to work atOSU. Education & Experience Position Qualifications:
Required:High School/GED with5 years related experience
Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Banner 9 systems. Training can be arranged at hire. Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent writing and verbal skills.
Preferred:Bachelor's degree.
Related experience in an academic office environment; accounting experience; supervisory experience.
