I have two Instant Pots, both are 6 quarts. I’ve made every one of these recipes and they really are awesome! I use my IP from 5 to 7 days a week. It still amazes me how quickly it cook and, after you set the time and the lid’s sealed one just walks away and lets the IP do its thing. Marv

Just got a 3-Quart Insta Pot. If I halve a recipe that’s made for a 6-quart InstaPot, do I also halve the cooking time? Or just cook for 2/3 of the time? Or use the same amount of cooking time?

Hi Sherry! All recipes have been tested using a 6-qt Instant Pot. That being said, without further recipe testing, I cannot answer with certainty at this time. As always, please use your best judgment regarding substitutions and modifications.
